Owner Tom Shedd has over 30 years experience with computers, and has consulted for companies such as P&G, GE Aircraft Engines, Cincinnati Milacron, Honeywell, Cincinnati Bell, Ohio National Life Insurance, and did "Data Forensics" for Innovative Investigations, and gave computer expert testimony in court. He has a excellent solid reputation for getting the job done right. Tom has been working with computers since a Freshman in High School.

My computer was on it's last leg! (Tom referred to it as being on life support). I work from home so I needed help fast!! My computer would hardly even boot up.
